  • JWH struck down by the flu

both Pearce/JWH missed the appearance on tonight's footy show due to the flu, not ideal for the big fella heading into the biggest game of the year, at least Pearce has had the whole week to get over his bout.

the late mail guy on the game plan was claiming that it could be Mortimer that misses out in the squeeze for spots, I couldn't see Robbo reversing course this late in the season unless he has concerns over the likes of SBW (calf injury), JWH (flu), Cordner (ankle), LOD (hamstring) and wants extra forward cover on the bench should any combination of these players break down.

Will take more than a flu to stop Jarred.

Crazy to suggest Morts may miss out. Keeping JF fresher helps the entire team.
Robo isn't going to change his mind set with one game to go.

certainly sounded like the neutral support is going to be behind us judging by the crowd on the footy show tonight

Hopefully the big guy will be okay. Needs to stay away from the team at least till Saturday. I hope he feels better in the morning.

So close to game day. Don't want any problems for the big dance.

It'll take more than a man-flu to keep B.Stewart down. I mean, the guy is that tough, he flosses with a hacksaw!

Just watched a video on the NRL app with Robbo, JWH, Pearce, Friend and Mini...

Can't say any of them had flu symptoms. When asked Pearce said the reports of him being sick had blown out of proportion.
