There is a part of being a good coach which requires a good footy brain and another part of being a good footy coach which requires the right temperament/attitude. Freddy and JT were both great footy brain coaches but because they don't have the right attitude to being a coach and they get too emotionally involved, it ended in tears

Andrew Duneman might be looking for a new gig. Seems to have a good reputation in the 20's.
JT would be mad to go back to Parra. That joint is a basket case. I can't see him jumping at that job, shit house roster and is probably 3-4 yrs of heart ache trying to improve it.

Totally. Thought he was doing great as a head coach and very unlucky to get banished for several years out of what happened, unless there was a lot more to it than was reported.

Still don't understand why he hasn't been snapped up by someone yet. Should be a no brainer for parra. He will go well there if given the chance and highlight what a hack R Stuart is this days.

I just hope that when Paul leaves he doesn't take some of our talented players with him. This seems to happen when a coach takes up a position at another club.
