The 2 final series games count as home games.

              They were both at Allianz.

Was the match against the Wests Tigers also a home game?

Both of you have points but technically last nights game i dont think was a home game because no matter of the teams playing last night even if it was the Warriors and Sharks it would've been played at Allianz.

The 2 prelim finals are always played at ANZ and Allianz due to the biggest stadiums in Sydney, but it just happened that Roosters and Rabbits were playing this week so they were able to plan it quite well to get the biggest crowds possible at each home venue.

But i'm pretty sure this isn't considered a home game.

rleague stats do not consider Finals crowd as part of their figures.

That is why the Rooster were pushing for 25,000 at the Titans game to get the official record past 20,000 average

Geez Sonjay .... I think you're 'creative' with the stats, by including the two semi's.
Yes played at our home ground, but not home games !

But 19,000+ average is still pretty good !
