  • Grand Final 2013 questions...with shock answer

    Date: 6 October 2013
    Venue: ANZ Stadium
    South Sydney V Sydney Roosters
Would it be the greatest, most watched, most anticipated Grand Final EVER?
Would it live up to the hype and expectations?
Would it be marred by refereeing decisions, or crowd violence?
Would it be a war of words between Crowe and Politis post-match?
Would a field goal decide the biggest game of all-time during Golden Point?

Here’s the bad news. I had a dream last night and to my dismay, the Grand Final was between Manly and Melbourne.

    Broke my heart

It will be separated by a game of slam ball, in the middle of the field.

Odds are it will be lol@souffs vs Easts but only because manly will be physically drained from the match with us, they are much better then the wabbits.

Much rather see any other team than Souths on the gf. As far as I care, Souths shouldn't even get a sniff of a grand final day.

I had that too, souths dropped it and Jenko picked it up and Inglis was already in full flight chasing him while Jennings was only accelerating and while Inglis was getting closer Jennings put the foot down and just burned him, scoring an 80m try.

Had you stayed asleep the dream would have ended with Jenko being called back and penalised for "indiscriminate use of pace".

Nah saw the conversion for us to win. The intercept was from the sweeping second man play. We were on our line and inglis didn't see Jenko jamming in. Team stood behind Maloney standing shoulder to shoulder as he kicked the conversion and all you could hear was all the Souths fans crying. Priceless

Even if Melb is there on GF day ...Ryles barely plays half the game ....he better do something really spectacular in that 30mins game time for him to get the Clive Churchill award.

I thought the NRL had agreed to let North Queensland play Souths in the Grand Final? That would only be fair after the horrific treatment the Cowboys have received from the referees this year.

I've never had a good track record in being correct, Hawkeye. For anyone with a good memory on here, they'd be able to attest to that.

But I put it out there to share

I think Newcastle may do the Storm, hopefully they bash the crap out of each other, and a couple of suspensions wouldnt go astray either..

I'm hoping it will be a 135 minute epic finally decided by a surprise Willie Mason drop goal
