Hard is good but if it's going to cost us players by doing dumb things then they have crossed the line. At this time of the year, we cannot afford to have anyone missing for something that could have been avoided. This week it was JWH, last week it was FPN with his lift, LOD a few weeks back...we can't whinge if the refs penalise us for these types of dumb things. They have to stop otherwise it is bye bye 2013...

True but at the same time our players must be protected by EYE GOUGERS and Head slammers and being kicked and face presses while we're on the ground. That Burgess was allowed blatantly to get away with all these illegalities is disgusting.

The match review committee did not charge Pomeroy, however Cronulla did receive a written warning about the incident.

Pommoroy wasn't charged because his initial contact with Gidley's chest.

JWH's initial contact with Mcqueen was also on his chest, the angle I saw you can see JWH's elbow contact Mcqueen below the shoulder.

As well as Pomeroy did'nt have a roosters jumper on. It would have killed the NRL to see us with the shield on friday night.

will be extremely hard to get JWH off tonight, we can't use other case's as a defence, we will also find it extremely hard to argue the dangerous contact charge because there is contact to the throat/neck area.
