I wonder if Kennedy is a cheeky chance for a cameo appearance for Newtown this weekend, if he is any chance of playing in the finals he needs a run for Newtown this weekend, it is 11 weeks post injury now and around the return date advised after surgery.

You would have to think he would be a chance fOr the Jets this week..
I wouldnt worry too much about the Rabbits game this week knowing we get back LOD,RTS and possibly Kennedy for week 1 of the finals..
Then again a few experts on here have predicted Kennedy has played his last game in the RWB

lol it would be MK's luck to return just in time for a Chookpen crucifiction if we crash and burn out of the finals. Id be spending some of that new Drongos contract money on bomb sniffer dogs to go over his car before he tries to drive out of the carpark if i was him.

Kennedy without full contact and yet back to full training wouldn't stand a chance to make it back for the finals. He is a big man and would need three weeks of full training and three or four games with the Jets to get bench fit.

Not really, our defence has gone to shit since the raiders game, well after MK had gone. He'd no doubt help but he's not the sole reason.

actually in the 7 rounds following MK injury we only let in 52 points, in the 3 matches cordner has been out, we have leaked 76 points.

There were two school of thought on this forum when Boyd got injured. Some thought he could be seamlessly replaced and others including me thought our premiership chances were seriously impaired. Boyd is the modern day bradley Clyde who can play as a extra prop, hits holes, defends the middle third superbly , is a great leader and can pass at the line. Sadly our deterioration in defence and decline in results suggest that Boyd is not easily replaced .
