With 4 Sydney games, there is likely to be clash for stadiums next week if the Swans lose to Hawthorn. There is talk about a double header at Allianz Stadium on Saturday with the Cronulla game at 4.30 and ours at 7.30. 1v 4 is looking likely for Friday night

At a football club, there’s a holy trinity – the players, the manager and the supporters. Directors don’t come into it. They are only there to sign the cheques.

While that is a possibility, the Roosters are already fighting this and are basically demanding a stand alone home game.

There is no suggestion we will be. The talk is of our game at Allianz (SFS) on Saturday night
Oh sorry mate I read that as ANZ not Allianz.
I hate that fricken ANZ. Dreading going there on Friday. Even with an 80000 seat stadium we shit get a rubbish view from miles away.
This semi final draw is looking like a farce. It should already be finalised depending on what position teams finish on. I realise there might be stadium availability issues however if we finish first how can the NRL justify us playing on a sat night, giving teams 2 and 3 another days break, in a double header...what are they going to put sharks flags up all over our stadium then put Roosters flags up after there game? We will finish 1st or 2nd and deserve our own home game semi.
Give souffs the friday game ! give us a longer turn around

I dont think Souths will get the Friday game if Swannies lose against Hawthorn this Friday. Coz then Swannies will play at ANZ on Friday which means we will get the Friday and Souths get the Saturday.
