  • God Bless all those Roosters fans that turned up, curse those 17 that didn't...

We seriously struggled to see more than 5, titans fans on the walk, from the car park to the stadium.
I mean it seemed like there were only small pockets of them in the stands, I'm not sure of the actual amount.

However, it seemed like there were about 17000 odd, Roosters fans, who turned up on a beutiful sunny Sunday arvo.
And fully expecting their team to win, and win convincingly.
    How wrong we were.

What is the most disappointing thing about that game, was that the Roosters had all those supporters turn up to their last home game, with everything in their favour, and blew it!.

One last thing, SKD had 2 opportunities down his right side to back himself and leg it, to beat his opposite man, but he chose not to. Is his confidence that far gone?.

First game I've ever been to that they've lost. Safe to say I was more than pissed off with that effort!

Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe

Aside from the result it was an awesome day, wish we had more Sunday arvo games.

He was well covered by the defence, as I remember it.
          And, he's no speedster.
          Titans defence was good yesterday.
Titans were running onto the ball at speed in attack, we were not.

Our players looked like they looked against the Sharks the week before...tired, worn out, from all the tackling they've had to do in matches this year...or overwork at training.
All the sharpness has gone...all the run-arounds, switches of play, slick passing, try-scoring moves inside the 20...all gone.
          Where did they all go?
          I have no idea.

But they won't win another game this year if they don't get it back, and in a hurry.

Our forwards are too small, they can't bust tackles anymore.
Our wingers let tries in outside them, 'every' match.

Yes it was a shame the team didn't show up to play, embarrasing really as the Club did it's part with promoting it and the crowd showed up only to be dished up that lack of effort.

Exactly, but i'm sure all will be forgiven if we can turn it around on Friday night against the vermin.

I hope this is a lesson to all Rooster fans..........Nothing is Guaranteed in Rugby League.

You are NEVER Guaranteed a win, you are NEVER Guaranteed success !

The crowd turned up because we had a successful season, not because there were any guarantees.

Now quit your whinging and get out there on Friday night !

Can't speak for anyone else but I wasn't "Whinging" about losing I can cop that i'm used to it actually from years and years of following the club. My complaint was the lack of effort made by the team on the last home game of the regular season for which the club had done it's part by promoting the game heavily to the crowd supporting the team by turning up by the thousands.

SKd or anyone infact would not have scored those tries, they would have ended up over the sideline
