Really? He'd choose to sign with another club in the week we are playing for the Minor Premiership? Why the rush? This wouldn't be just a rumour designed to destabilise the team would it?

Nick & the Roosters management would already know what he is doing next year without a doubt. If he is to stay in League you won't hear of him signing a contract till early 2014 after his boxing or Jap rugby commitments are over, otherwise his earnings will be included in the Roosters cap.

I find it hard to believe that SBW's body would not stand up to the riggers of playing in the NRL if he continued to play. Every player has to go through the getting belted if your playing NRL.

If the Roosters win the comp I could see him leaving but if they don't I think he will go around for 1 more year.

I''d laugh so much if this is incorrect. Twitter is for people who can't mind their own business...or type in complete sentences with proper spelling and grammar. Who is Andrew Voss to make such announcements? Anything to draw attention to himself. Bitter little man. It's not our fault his beloved Tigers are in the toilet this season..

No he's not actually. He sat in front of us for that 2010 semi final against Wests and left his son with us while he went to speak to some of his media friends. He lives within walking distance of Leichhardt Oval as well.

I was always of the belief that Voss was a vermin fan aswell.

Either way he's still a giant cockhead!

He does the NZ games for Sky now doesn't he?. No doubt he has been given some info whilst over there.

I think SBW is gone. And tbh, as much as I love what he has brought to our Club, I think its a piss weak excuse to leave League. My body is sore? I can only imagine what the rest of the League players think of that excuse. It just goes to show the difference between League and yawnion

Hey RWB. I'm on Twitter :-D. Damn I'm having trouble stringing these sentences together!!

Uhh... it is actually common knowledge that Voss is a Souths supporter. If you paid attention you would know that. His son is most likely a Tigers supporter.

In regards to SBW staying or going, i think he is gone. He originally stated that he came back due to a one year handshake he made with Politis. Now that that has been fulfilled, there isnt much more to entice him to stay. The NRL is a tough and rigorous grind of a competition. He's not exactly young anymore either. He has a lot more going for him in NZRU in terms of money and playing for the All Blacks. Not to mention how often he cites his time at the Chiefs as a great one.

                                I say he's staying.

I agree. I'm sure that behind closed doors, Politis has asked SBW to decide earlier so as not to lose the opportunity with another player, but wont announce it till after the comp. it's just the SBW style. HIM STAYS IMO
