  • Samisoni Langi To Make NRL Debut Tonight!

    http://www.roosters.com.au/news-disp...RL-debut/82294

Trent Robinson has made changes to the side he named on Tuesday, including an uncapped excitement machine set to make his NRL debut against the Tigers tonight.

Samisoni Langi has been named for what will be his first start in the NRL, with the Tongan star named in the centres inside Shaun Kenny-Dowall down the right edge.

Langi's naming sees Mitchell Aubusson return to the backrow, which sees Aidan Guerra move back to the bench.

Luke O'Donnell has also been re-called after missing last week's clash through illness, with Dylan Napa and Tinirau Arona dropping out of the match day seventeen.

          Awesome!

          Good luck, Samisoni.

Hopefully the 1st of 200+ first grade games for the Mighty Red, White & Blue!

                  Not ready for first grade.
Looked off the pace and wasn't handling it very well at all. Showed majorly in his defence.

                    Harsh.

                    He was fine.

The tries in the second half came down the right edge from memory.

Not many opportunities cam his way but he showed more than enough.

To say he's not ready for 1st grade after one game is a bit comical.

Just no ball, I can hardly remember him touching it?
No one has said a thing about SKD, it's like he wasn't even there.

Justin will be better off for the experience.

                          +1

His defence was appalling. Rarely sighted, largely due to the ball never ending up in his hands.

How often has he played centre?
I thought he was more a 5/8 or backrower.
He went ok for his first game imo.

What position does he play in 20s? Surely not center?
