I know there are a lot of Mortimer fans on here, but could Langi not take his spot on the bench? He could easily play his role, plus cover other posiitions if need be. In my opinion he is a serious football player, if given the opportunity will shine straight away and show what he is capable of. I think we would be a better team with him on the bench, even more strike power than now. I know, If it's not broke don't change it and we're coming first, but if there is a way to strengthen the team even more so, why not? . Plus despite what you think of them, those big Burgess boys running at Mortimer when he is on if we play them in the finals, scares the shit out of me.

Not sure of Langi in the hooker role - Mortimer's combination with Friend has been very impressive this season.

I think we have had an excellent run with injuries this year. Moga the only significant injury but I reckon he'd struggle to make first grade anyway.
As for Kennedy we are a better team without this soft fat slow Teletubby.

Langi can play 2nd row too though and probably in the centres, there have been a couple opportunities for him to play, then again no point of him making his debut just for the sake of it.

I'm not really watching though. I find the 20s and the total lack of defense intolerable.

It's farcical and the sooner the 20s gets the can the better.

I reckon he could mate but I think Robbo has built this team on great culture and team spirit. Droping Morts when he has been doing the job the coach has asked, not to mention he appears very popular with team mates, I could understand if he were playing poor but I reckon a move like that could be bad for morale and not what our team is now about.

Nene suffered a foot injury and didn't return for the 2nd half. Hopefully not serious, had ice on it.
