I am therefore giving the Cowboys a real good chance against the Vermin.

They actually stayed in Qld rather than flying home and back again for this game. Not sure how that will efect them, but I'm really behind the Cowboys for this one. I don't think Souths a going that well at the moment, and on their day, the Cows can beat anyone, especially up there on a warm, humid night, which they are expecting (isolated showers developing thru the arvo).

I don't think so. Cowboys letting Segyaro and Payne go in the same year is one the stupidest moves ever. They're lack of a number 9 has killed them all year. And Thurston has played two good games of footy this year. Both Origin. He's playing way below his best.

I really thought Freddie Fittler would be super coach back in 2008. We were headed for the spoon in 07' but when he took over we looked a totally different team. I don't know what happened in 2009, and I don't really want to know tbh, but I was disappointed in ways I didn't think were possible that year.
