    Phil Gould on JWH
    http://m.smh.com.au/rugby-league/lea...723-2qhj7.html

It has been well publicised that Sydney Roosters have conceded more points in the five games they played whilst Jared Waerea-Hargreaves was missing suspended, than they have in the twelve matches the giant Kiwi international has played in so far this season. Whilst he is a highly competent and intimidating defender, I'd like to suggest it is in fact the big prop's work with the ball that has been the significant factor in the Roosters conceding just over eight points a game when he plays. The Roosters have been able to dominate field position due his tremendous carries and as we all know playing the game in your opposition half is the best way for any team to keep its opponents from scoring. The Roosters, courtesy of Waerea-Hargreaves and his fellow props, are doing as much for the Roosters' defence with the ball as any of their players are doing without it.

    Also...

    6. Don't rule out persevering with Mitchell Pearce
We have heard and read plenty of comment regarding this year's State of Origin result. The Blues fell only two points short of a much-needed series win. Yet from a lot of the criticism we've witnessed, you would think they were absolutely flogged. Those in charge of the Blues need to relax and think very carefully about what this series revealed about the NSW team and the individuals involved. There were plenty of positives from their performances and the tough lessons learned should really assist them greatly in next year's campaign — provided we choose to accept them. One word of warning though. It may be wise to ignore all calls for Mitchell Pearce's sacking. I still think, with the right coaching, he can get there. I also don't think his likely replacement is quite ready for the step up to Origin. We have rushed the likes of Jarrod Mullen, Peter Wallace and even Pearce himself. Let's not make the same mistake with the likes of Adam Reynolds or any other youngsters coming through the system.

JWH is a serious concern to the competition

      Specifically he SMILES TOO MUCH!!!

Opposition are at odds attempting to identify this behaviour as 1. He enjoys what he does or 2. He's a SADISTIC MANIAC!!!!!

In the last minute against the Sharkies, they had a break down the right hand side, which fell apart due to a forward pass/knock on/ or maybe just the fact that they're shit.....but JWH was across there in cover.

Amazing effort for a big bloke at the end of a game. As a reward he got to smash Mills without the ball - he was laughing all the way back to the scrum.

Love the bloke in a non-homo way.

I saw that mate it was honestly the best part of the game for me.

It shows are hard these guys are working, what pride they have in our defense.

Also Boyd was the first one over there to pat him on the back for his effort, it didn't go unnoticed.

That's the shit that wins premierships.

Didn't Gus say last Friday that we wouldn't be in the 8 without SBW?

It's the same Gus Gould who said Fifita is the best prop in the game but he got owned by JWH last week.

Funnily enough he also said Ben Matulino was the best front rower in the game on Friday night.
