Taka and Mose are both great players, don't get me wrong. Rate both of them very highly still, but they just weren't what we needed at that time. As good as they were as long-term prospects, there was no experienced warhorses to guide the younger blokes coming through the ranks. Sacrifice the two with the lowest workrates (Taka/Mose).

I am hoping that losing Tasi to accommodate for Casty will be the right option too.
Well said Mack. I'm sure the clubs signing and retention policy will just keep getting stronger as the years go on!

I don't know but as a guess; Morts concussion may be worse than first diagnosed. I hope that's not the case but Seluini is a more than capable replacement.
"Do you expect me to talk"? "No, Mr. Bond, I expect you to die".

Dittp...we won't lose too much with Seluini stepping up.

Has anybody read anything in the media about Cecchin's effort on Monday?

That Dragons backline apart from Morris and Nightingale is so poor, even the halves.

            Easts to win
The unknown is sometimes the most dangerous.

Like when we almost lost to Parra - I'm not confident this will be easy. We'll have to be switched on or risk getting smashed by some young blokes who are out there to prove a point against #2 on the ladder.

Imagine being in their position... you don't play regular 1st grade and next season (or next match) will most likely get punted. You have nothing to lose by trying to go toe to toe with the origin halves, a bunch of kiwi intenationals and none other than SBW.

            Dragons are never easy...

              Very true.
In the past a lot of upsets went down they way (over-confidence I'm assuming) , but today we face a new factor.
              The men in pink.
No , I'm not referring to referees!
Apparently they are known as "game-managers" ............

              Roosters by 30.

There are known knowns; there are things we know that we know.
There are known unknowns; that is to say, there are things that we now know we don't know.
But there are also unknown unknowns – there are things we do not know we don't know.

Mind you I can't comment.......the song thread has done me in worse than the baseball bat incident.

Eddie ain't the full quid no more.

What is "the mind"? Is it just a system of impulses or is it...something tangible?

What is mind? No matter. What is matter? Never mind.

                                Or as Dubya put it.

"Rarely is the question asked: Is our children learning?"
