I suspect a lot of the threads over the off season will be about players being linked to us, so I thought i'd throw another out there.

RLW Mole has Joel Moon possibly heading our way.

Why would we need Moon?

We have a player of the same size, skill and position (centre/five-eighth utility), who is younger, faster, and almost as consistent - Ben Jones.

Sa to the worriers would not surprise me in the slightest. At least then he couldn't complain about being homesick FFS. I hope the Roosters are rid of this guy and BWM.

If we could have someone for the Warriors, I would have preferred it be Russell Packer or Sam Rapira, or maybe even Jerome Ropati.

Joel Moon = small centre or five-eighth, was good in the lower grades but is yet to be a consistent standout in first-grade, has a good passing game and an average kicking game, good pace off the mark but has serious defensive deficiences

That EXACT description could be used for Jones as well. However, it took Moon until he was 20 to be a regular first-grader (Brisbane last year). Jones at the age of 19 (this year) is already a regular, and although he has deficiencies, there is no need to have Moon as well.
