Originally posted by Newman View PostGiven Seluini played for Newtown today it would seem that Mortimer will return to his regular role of bench hooker, for at least some, if not all of the game. In those circumstances SBW would play five eighth, Cordner would play left edge, Aubbo right edge and FPN lock. The bench would then be LOD, Morts, Guerra and Napa (who didn't play for Jets today and is now cleared to play regularly from the second tier after Tasi's release). Guerra would grab bench spot over Liu under those circumstances to enable Cordner to cover for FPN when he needed a rest. Only speculating of course but I can't see the coach wanting to play Jake for 80 minutes, and he would have been delighted by what he saw last Friday of SBW at second receiver, Cordner at left edge and FPN's first stint at lock. Maloney's injury gives him another opportunity to see them do it again from those positions and I would not be surprised to see that formation when he run out on Monday.

But I just believe it's like with the newer players, this place gets a collective stiffy when someone new comes along or reinvents themselves.
And Oldmans Mini agenda is not my cup of tea, I said the same thing a few months ago when he sent that email to the club or wherever.
Personal opinion is fine, inside info is great but agendas (no matter the intention) against players (especially our captain) and our club is out of order IMO.
But hey knock yourselves out batting in unison.
You ain't getting my jizz on the Sao.

He's provided great information and some good insight so far in his tenure, and im not going to object to this because he thinks one player is past his best.

What I like is watching the drama unfold. Posters go from sack Maubs to put him in the centres and sack SKiD.
The all time best was when PearceOrf didn't play and we won somehow PearceOrf was the weekly lemonscapegoat.
That was breaking new ground even for the muthafunkinpen.
