I'm not too sure Mini has what it takes to be a coach of any sorts.

I reckon he'll get a permanent gig with channel 9 courtesy of his mate Gyngell.

He's a fitness/health freak, I'm sure the club will be able to find a suitable role for him.

mate, you've earnt yourself a very good reputation already, but they couldn't have taught RTS the skills of a fullback the way mini could.

Thank you for the compliment but you don't need to have played the position to be able to coach the skills required to play the position. The greatest hooker the game has ever seen has played at the Melbourne Storm for a decade and I don't recall one ex-hooker ever being on their coaching roster. I'm confident that our coaching staff know exactly what they require of a first grade fullback and can teach RTS those aspects of a fullbacks game that they feel needs work. Importantly RTS has already shown that he has both the skill level and work ethic to handle any task that has been asked of him since converting to League.

Give Mini another year and risk RTS getting disillusioned, I don't think so.

I love Mini, as do most on here. I know most of us would love to see shrek at fullback now, but I can't help but think how much better a player this kid is going to be after playing with Mini for a year.

At the end of the day I back our coach to make the right decision and I think Shrek will be fullback next year whether mini plays again or not.

To even hint Mini isn't helping both wingers learn how to play both positions has an agenda methinks.

The bloke is one of the most experienced players in the game having played GFs and rep footy in both positions with success.

To not utilise that experience would be dumb.

Start of this season i was saying he must go next year then RTS will take over,But now im not too sure, has Mini proven he isnt done just yet? He hasnt been AMAZING, but he has be consistently Good sometimes Great, and seems to be growing a great combo with RTS, Not only that but he seems to be relishing that Captain role and he is imporoving each week with it,What do you guys think? Are you still 100% he must go? or Should Captain Mini be given 1 more year and RTS given 1 More year to learn first grade with Mini guiding him?

better to let a player go a season early than a season late. I say thanks mini for the service but would not re-sign him for 2014.
