imo I think Canberra are gonna sack him, I would of said forshore we can get him and f*** off skd before I knew what he did which is very bad for the nrl image so he probly shouldn't be aloud to play in the nrl

He should be banned from the NRL period!

        Not dumb at all.
He hasn't been convicted of anything yet.
Just because the cops charge people doesn't mean they're guilty...look at Jake Friend and Bird.
Bird was charged with assaulting a woman in a niteclub...then on the first day of his trial the CCTV was produced which showed that he did no such thing, and in fact the girl hit him.

Jake was charged with 'hitting a woman' in that niteclub/bar/pub, the CCTV showed he was nowhere near the altercation and ice-throwing.
Sandor was also charged and as I remember it he was innocent too.

Ferguson, if rehabilitated, should be signed by us.
We can help him have a future, as well as benefit ourselves.
If convicted, he'll be sentenced to something...the victim will have gotten justice in the court, and there's only the future left.
To avoid a prison sentence he'll need to show that he's undertaking a new lifestyle/rehab and he'll never do again anything like whatever he was convicted of.
The Men of League are supposed to be helping all their flock, even the ones who have sinned because of a problem with alcohol.

Lets sign him up, along with GBurgess and Teo. Pity we missed out on Dugan. Then we can watch the soapie play out in the Telegraph before bringing Brian Smith back to clean out the trash. Then sack Brian Smith again when this has been achieved and sign up a promising young coach to lead us on to better things.

Canberra have stated quite clearly they wont sack him, but rather he will be counselled. The guy is a horrible human being and we clearly have a no dickheads policy these days(SKD excluded).

Dragons don't have any problem with Dugan.

Great, just after Robinson's hard work taking out the trash.....

My prediction is he will sit out the season before uncle Choc and Khoder help him to see the light, praise Allah and come back a good clean straight player next year.

We made the GF with Todd.

DT persecuted him when he was with us.

We have a new regime now.
It could guide Ferguson on the straight and narrow.

No thanks... SKD is useless but Ferguson is a dope.

The club has done a great job of pissing off serial off field offenders. Why would we go down that path again?

To avoid prison sentence you need to be found not guilty. You can't avoid prison sentence, just goes to show how much know little to nothing about the law.

I don't care if its JT or whoever.

My whole point about this and I think everyone is missing it is, how many alcohol related incidents have we heard of and all they get a slap on the wrist, contract torn up and they continue to play footy if anything they almost get rewarded for ****ing up.

Another club picks them up for a shit load of money.

They treat our game we love as a joke and they do not take it serious enough. And gives the NRL a bad "imagine" so they call it.

The NRL needs to take hold of this situation or else we're going to hear more shit about sexual assaults and other alcohol related incidents.

I tell you now worst case scenario from worst to lease

                            1. Community service
                            2. Cope a huge fine by the courts
                            3. Section 10 no charges laid
                            4. Dismissed in court no enough evidence to convict him

Exactly someone with vision and a brain, the Roosters don't need to sign up every reject that ****s up.
