There is lack of confidence, then there is so little confidence that you are dropping the ball over the line. He simply cannot be kept in first grade and continue to be a liability like he has been the last 6 weeks. Some may say that dropping him will ruin him. I say that if that is the case, then he could never be great again anyway.

Honestly, I have been the bloke's biggest supporter ever since I saw him play in the lower grades. His biggest asset was even in the worst of games, he always seemed to know his way to the try line and had dogged determination to win whenever he took the field. He has well and truly lost that and we can't be carrying him forever in the hopes he'll find it again someday.

Give him some time at the Jets, and let him learn how to be great again. Hell I'll even drive down to Henson and cheer him on as I'd love to see him back to his brilliant best
    Good post

Couldn't give a flying fark where he ends up as long as its far away from our club mate,he knows Politis wants him gone so if there fair dinkum he'll be shaking Greg Mattersons hand this week at Newtown it's long overdue I feel sorry for the Jets actually having this imbecile in the team lol.

But what about Matt Elliott I seem to recall you loudly and proudly saying he would be the 1st coach sacked this season Would you like to retract that comment

Kenny-Dowell will be playing next game. Until we have a replacement he will be picked every week.

                Kurt,
I laboured over the pros and cons for 3 hours after the match. I am aware of the consequences this poll may have towards one of our own. But I wanted to understand what the consensus actually is across the group. So far, there is support by dropping him to Newtown to recover form. I see this as positive news in that most still see value in the club.

Its regrettable if you see this as a negative but you can't pleas everyone.

Personally, I see the worst response of "do nothing" by keeping him in FG. Something has to change immediately. No more Anastas whenre changes were not made.

Always appreciate your thinking. Surely a solution exists within Langi, SBW, Oldfield, Maubs?

                    Langi - Injured
SBW - Backrower who may be needed at 5/8.
Oldfield - nowhere near the standard of a first-grade centre.
Maubs - maybe. Has been doing SFA lately.

Fair enough mate. I agree with the sentiment that something has to change, just didnt think we needed a poll like this. Sounds like you had your doubts too.

Not an easy decision. I always try to remind myself that a playr or his oved ones may read this forum and I know how hurt I'd be if some comments were about my son.

SBW - Can play centre but would be wasted there
Oldfield - Is closer to first grade standard than the imposter currently playing there...and a whole lot quicker at least
Maubs - Already playing on the right side, obvious choice would cause less disruption to the team if he is moved there
Langi - If fit would make a better fist of it than SKD....even though he is a 5/8 or backrower
Heck - Sheck would be a better option and play Oldfield on wing
Even the young front rowers Evans and Napa would play better in the centres than SKD at the moment!!!

But I agree that SKD will be probably continue to be picked in first grade.

If players are reading these forums them they seriously need to get a grip. You may like it over in North Korea. People can't express their opinions freely either.
