  • Can we break the record

in Roosters history for the most matches won to nil. In 1977 we won 5 premiership games to nil. Manly 20-0 and 12-0,
Norths 36-0 and 18-0 and souffs 13-0. This season we already have 3. Parra 50-0, Broncos 8-0 and Canterbury 38-0. I wonder if Trent Robinson is aware of this stat?

I dont think he would care..

As long as we have formidable defence thats all that matters...

ya gotta love these random stats.
Its also the first time in Roosters history that we have someone on top of the point scoring list after round 10, whose name rhymes with Baloney.

I don't know if anyone else has realised this but if you say Ray Stehr fast it kinda sounds like rooster, probably already known but just putting it out there.

Ray Stehr is becoming the Dave Middleton of the Chookpen.

Ray can you check what is the record for the most halves of football the Roosters have kept the opposition to nil...I am sure we are on track for that one as well.

A centre with the surname of Jennings has broken the record for the most tries by a Roosters centre with the surname of Jennings by round 10:P

Actually I thinlk you'll find the great Merv Jennings had more by round 10 of the 1923 season.
