agreed. a lot of the players people have been carving up in recent times really stepped up. we just had a really poor kicking game against the wrong side. any other team and we still win

Hoz, had we actually not been put out of this by the refs then we would have won by at least 12 points. From the beginning to the very last play of the game, we have been rimmed by the refs both last week and this week. The booing at the end told the complete story.

That being said SKD had one of many shockers so far this season.

Agreed.. We are a team who have been good for 5-6 weeks against a team whos been good for 5-6 years, the refs where terrible and we still hung in there.. However we did get Schooled in the halfs by Cronk and he's kicking game and how to force repeat sets and build pressure. My concern is that Pearce's kicking game dosent seem to be improving, SKD's reads in defence are terrible so its a test for Robbo..
Were still a team on the up and in the top 4, so good days ahead..

And even allowing for this & the fact we got screwed over massively by the refs (i cant beleive there are some on here who cant see that) we still pushed Melbourne all the way. There's really no need for panic, although that hasnt stopped many on here. No doubt by the end of the weekend we'll have more than half the team being sacked and dropped to Newtown.
