    On the contrary...

I like Guerra on the bench. He is good for giving any of Aubusson, SBW or Cordner a spell. They are all 80 minute players but they don't ALL play the full 80 every week. Sometimes they need to be given a spell, especially if they are either struggling for a bit of form, or are getting targeted. Guerra doesn't make many errors, his defense is quite good other than that one lapse, he is mobile, and can play on the fringes or tight. And, he still poses a threat near the line with his little hit-and-spin routine. No reason to drop him at all.

The 'lack of balance' is created by the fact that we have two blokes who are better known in recent years as backrowers - FPN and O'Donnell - playing prop. I think the balance is fine as is though. Leave it as is - I don't think Napa or Evans are ready personally, and I would be more inclined to throw Issac Liu in the mix if Moa and Hargreaves are both unavailable (as they are) and we need that little bit more size in the pack.

O'Donnell shouldn't be going anywhere. I would have him target Norrie, Bromwich and Ryles from the get-go. Have him niggle all day, get under their skin, and guaranteed one of them will do something stupid and we can take advantage. Little brain explosions brought on by excessive niggle can be the difference in a close, defensive battle. Think 2003-2004 with Crocker and Morley.

I thought we lacked some go forward against the Cowboys last week (first match without JWH and Moa). Maybe carrying too many makeshift props...

Of course we lacked go forward!

It was the Roosters Rotation Props VS the Australian Props

LOD picked up a head knock last week (probably on Tamou's chin), and no decision yet on his fitness ... that's why Napa's a chance.

That would not be good - Here's to hoping LOD pulls through and Napa replaces Guerra

I think Napa is mobile enough to play 2nd row. He seems capable of playing decent minutes, and he hits like a cement truck. I'd love to see him get a run.

i agree!! but as i said, UNTIL we get At least one of our specialist Props back, we need an extra one on our bench to make up for it,..when Moa comes back then give guerra his bench spot back!

I'm not a fan of Guerra being a lock forward. I would prefer to see him playing on the fringes and running nice lines out wide. His running game is his strength.

However we are spoilt for choice in that department atm, with Aubbo is career best form and the greatest backrower of our time is on the other side of the field.

Napa has been great in the 20's and at newtown. I can see him developing into a lock forward who plays in a similar way to a prop. This is why I reckon guerra might lose his place in the side to Napa.
                          Comment of the year:

Andrew Johns, Semi-Final vs North Queensland ,

"It's touched Lui's hand and travelled forward but that's not a knock on"

Pretty sure he started out in the 20s as a second rower as well - accounts for his strong workrate, mobility
