He had 150 per cent loading for prior offences. Core sentence was two weeks for this charge but loading resulted in five. In four weeks that original loading is reduced to 50 per cent but he copped another 50 per cent for this offence so his revised loading will be 100 per cent . The loading only applies if he gets charged with the same offence
