Ch9 pick games based on which teams draw the biggest TV audience, not which games are the best. Because the former is what makes them the most money...

How could you say that I couldn't even bother watching the Souffs vs Tigers games. I switched it to the great, thrilling Nth melbourne vs West Coast. AFL always put high quality games. Do they think us fans are stupid, that were robots enslaved to footy. I am a fanatic but refuse to watch a pile of crap, if I was watching a crap game, most of us would switch they channel. Not evryone is a Tigers/Broncos fans and besides Newcastle would rate high as they're a one team town.

Im sure if you put Roosters every Friday night people would watch it. You'd think ive contradicted my theory because I said that people wont watch the same team over and over again but the difference is we produce high quality football which won't bore people to switch the channel.

Same with Storm, you may hate em but they will get viewers as people WANT to see good games, regardless of the team(unless their team is getting flogged)

That is a good thing. So we can plan for the games etc and purchase tickets. Channel Nein broadcast what they think will rate, not what will rate

i remember back when freddy was coach we played a semi in auckland whichg channel 9 didnt bother to show live!interefered with soime half baked us program? consequently although ive ditched foxtel because of the adds and the cost i hope 9 suffers from their arrogance!
