I reckon Jake will get off. Low grading at worst, so as long as he has no carry overs he should be sweet.

Fortunately the guys out are forwards, where we have depth. Tasi will be champing at the bit to show what he can do.

The bloke I want to see a big game from is LOD. Up against his old club, with our two starting props missing, he should be primed to step up and have a big game. I would start him with Kennedy up front, then bring on Tasi and FPN off the bench.

Hopefully Friend gets off. He has been playing great this year. I don't want to see Tamou and Scott running at Morts all night....

I think we need FPN to start. We need some good intial impact in the first 20 minutes, even if it means he plays less minutes than usual. LOD can come off the bench later on and play through the middle third of the game.LOD has been making the required metres this season and has been strong in defence, even if it has gone unrecognised on the forum.

I seem to remember the same. We will miss him if he is out. Especially against a team with a top shelf front row. It would be nice to have a Crocker type second rower (aka 2002) that could fill it at hooker for the first 15 minutes and keep Morts out of the line of fire.

I do actually like the bloke, I only take the piss. But I haven't seen him play at 9 and was shocked when someone floated the idea earlier in the season.

I do agree the idea Mortein and Nuffie would have Tamou and Scott erect.
