  • 34 points conceded in 15 halves of footy!

If you take away the Souths game and the second half against Canberra.

That's pretty impressive in the modern game.

I reckon most of those 34 points have come from kicks as well.

Keep that up and we are going to be there or thereabouts for sure!

On the commentary last night they said we conceded 16 tries this season, 8 from kicks.

    That's great defence.

Another interesting stat they mentioned was PearceOrf and DCEs stats are on par, PearceOrfs double as he's played double the games, but I'd have personally thought DCE would've been ahead. Are we too harsh on PearceOrf???

    The FlogPen .

    You know it makes sense.

He got more supercoach points last night than any of the other halves. Given the quality of the halves in the game last night, thats a pretty good effort.

If Pearce had the short kicking game of Adam Reynolds, he would be up there with the best halves in the game.

            YES
He is not Johns, Thurston or Cronk
He is who he is, a good solid first grade half.
Good long kicking game, good defender, good running game, good passing game, good organiser and an average attacking kicker

Pearce has played in plenty of good and bad sides.

The one thing he has shown in his career is that when he is in the prescence of good players, he fires up.

When he is in the presence of crap ones, he goes missing. Even when he has played origin and the chips are down, he falls on his face.

That being said, any Pearce haters who remember the half that finch was, should know that they should shut their faces and be happy with Pearcey. Had Pearce been around in the freddy era we may have won 3 in a row.
