I think he has a valid point. Refs DO have the mindset of squaring up penalty counts.

I like Toovey as a coach, he is a carnt. He gets manly to play like carnts which is a big reason for their success.

Toovey hasn't been right since the Knights spent the 97 Grand final kicking him in the head.

Most of the brain is just a semi-solid lump of goo but getting kicked in the face like that would have mangled his cerebral cortex, the area that controls impulse control, cognisance and rational thought.
