I agree, you can only beat the teams that turn up but, Manly have no reserve bench without King,Fiasoa and Galuvao and without Stewart they were woeful in attack, yes we won but Storm or Souths would of wiped the floor with us on that performance.

FFS, some people are never happy. Even if we win the GF there woud be someone on here not satisfied.

And if you didnt notice the Storm actually lost to Penrith this week & Souffs were far from impressive against the Cowboys, which makes your comments sound even more ridiculous.

Oh & last time i checked Manly had 4 players on there reserve bench, just like us. Its not our fault they have no depth.

Agree. I don't think that Snake being there would have increased their chances dramatically. I thought that their young guy at the back did a reasonable job. We were also missing one of our best bookends in Moa who has averaged close to 100m per game this season.

Our attack was scrappy. Plenty of errors particularly dropped balls. But our defense was ROCK SOLID. It certainly wasn't our best game in attack, but defensively was probably the best I've seen all year

I didn't think the game itself was very entertaining but that doesn't worry me because the way the Roosters won last night is exactly the way I like it. Working hard & physical for a grinding win. JWH being sent off was perfect, it's exactly what was needed.

Watching the spirit in the Roosters last night especially after JWH was sent off made me so proud. Go you Mighty ROOSTERS.
