and we wouldnt have signed Anasta, so yeah we probably would have come close again, the roster would have been much the same, Joel Monaghan would have played more centre instead of wing that year but it comes back to another big debate on the old wall, Brett Finch at half back,who knows

biggest mistake was not signing mullins and keeping todd byrne in 2003. next would have been the lack of effort the club put in when fighting the ricko charge after he slapped that grub fien in 2004. then yes retiring freddy a year early and signing anasta would be a close third!

Yeah,just because a team were caught cheating the cap to the tune of $1 mill,they should have been given an equal chance of winning the comp.

Absolute rubbish about lucky the dogs were kicked out

We beat them in 2003 during the regular season and more importantly in the semi when they were able to keep all their cheating players.
