At a football club, there’s a holy trinity – the players, the manager and the supporters. Directors don’t come into it. They are only there to sign the cheques.

The fireworks at the Easter show are making more noise than the crowd tonight
I used to make the effort to speak to Nate in his first year with us even though I wasn't overly fond of the bloke. I actually felt sorry for him because he used to be always standing on his own looking farking miserable.
Mind you, they ended up being more lectures than anything else, after he was suspended once or twice. I remember asking him at one stage "What are we going to do with you?" to have him reply "Even my own mother doesn't know what to do with me anymore". And the poor woman thought she had it rough back then

rugby league player mentality is schoolyard at best.
They are kids wanting to have fun.
For some its gangbangs
For some its taking drugs now the heat is off for a while
For some its just getting really pissed
For some its a few beers and then hanging out with their "real" mates
For some its dressing up.
I say big ****ing deal about the dress ups. Its on the periphery of the hedonism.
Isn't it good to see the players out having a great time!
With the magnificent efforts they showed on the field week in, week out, no-one deserves a big drink & a fancy dress more than our proud warriors.
Lets see we have Nate in his pimp gear - by crikey I bet more effort went into that costume than any performance of his all season - except of course his stellar showing at the hotel on the Central Coast. And then theres the Ogre. Shrek. Dressed up like the devil he once was for the Bulldogs. He should have dressed in a Sylvester costume because he's a cat who played like a cat all season.
This is mostly a Raiders story but there is some stuff on the Roosters as well.
Good to here from ya 'pump'. I haven't been to the old wall for a few seasons (under the moniker of Horries Lovechild and a few others).
O'melley looks incredibly 'unfit' in that red suit. Glad he's gone.

If you're talking saying swear words (espec the F one) - it would be twice in the last 5 minutes!
For some reason I have a lot more difficulty writing swear words than I do saying them (they come out automatically). I'm sure it's because they are evidenced in black and white.
