  • Can't remember a bigger win!!

I seriously can't remember the last time we put a team to the sword in such a convincing manner.

We've had some big wins, but holding them to 0 shows a ruthlessness that I seriously haven't seen in the last decade as a fan.

When was the last time we BBQ'd a team like that?

We smashed the Tigers back in 2004 56-0 , we led 40-0 at half time but took the foot off the pedal a bit in the second half, we also beat the earlier in the season 22-0 too.

Even though it was a bit more than a decade ago who can forget lol souths 62-0

Was an awesome game to be a part of live. Will remember for a long time. Hopefully we have a big year ahead of us.

When was the last time a team was able to keep their opponents to 0 two weeks in row. I can't remember it.

1999 according to Fox Sports. Not sure who it was against though.

The 50-0 scoreline is the biggest win in history by the Roosters against Parra, the previous record win was 41-0 by the 1974 Roosters.

1999 we beat the raiders and the soft 42-6

                best win is
In a 1935 match against Canterbury, Dave Brown scored 45 points, the highest score and victory margin for the club (the 87–7 scoreline is equivalent to 106–8 under the contemporary scoring system)

In 1999 we defeated Manly 46-0 and the following week Parramatta 11-0 (R2 & R3).

Was gonna post that one too. I remember we had the "we want 50" chant going, but sat on 46 points for a good 15 minutes at the end of the game with no further tries. It was great to get the 50 this time

we realy do have a special team this season and with some luck with injuries they are capable of anything? ill bet bellamy has a gfood long look at the video of tonights game? we would seem to be the only opposition to melbourne at this stage, maybe manly or souffs, pity thery got us so early? were a much better team after those 3 extra games!

62 - nil against Souths early in the millenium.

I don't know if anyone else noticed but with 20 seconds left look at Pearce and everyone else barking instructions as if they were down by a try , that urgency is great to see
