Small highlight for mine which I doubt many noticed was in the 2nd half Mortimers front on one on one tackle on Moi Moi who picked him out and steamed straight at him Morts stood his ground took him low and brought the big unit down Absolute copybook front on tackle

Agree! He's turning in to a great no. 14 plus i think its helping Firends game, who looked a lot more dangerous in attack tonight.

SBW on the right was a great move. With Jennings on the other side we just have weapons all over the field. Both were outstanding.

JWH and Maloney very strong. Nice to see RTS and Tupou cross the line, it will be great for their confidence.

A massive defensive display last week followed by that this week. Could not be happier. 160 minutes without conceding a single point as well as putting 50 past the opposition. We didn't let the foot off the pedal the final 10 like a lot of teams would and concede 2 or 3 soft tries at the end. Our 3 major signings have been awesome and we have one of the in form starting prop duo's in the competition. I watched the Cowboys couple of games and on current form Moa and JWH >>>>>> Scott and Tamou

i just got home from the game, voice very crokey..funny that! attack great to see could have been over 60 with a bit more luck, but very pleaseedcwith the defencive determination, robbo has done his job as coach identified all the areas to nullify pawwa attack, sbw is a defencive fiend, then he turns on the attack, no way will he not get another kiwi jersey! very impressed with morts when he came on defence as well as attack even got a meat pie over his old club!

Even our ballboy scored one, I think. Great win, but lets keep it in perspective, against a team of kids,down on confidence, but a good building stone for the Doggies game, that's our first real test after the dilemma of the Souths game.

Deep breath people. Enjoy the win but as Mini said, it's a round 4 win and we need consistency of performances over months rather than a 50 point shellacking of one team.

A great sign of things to come though is the fact we are improving with every game.
