He is just weakening the team at FB, keeping him there is like sticking by an operations manager who is failing all KPI's year in year out cause he used to be good. We should shift him, it not fair on the team or the fans. The club is bigger then Mini. Take care of him on the wing.

My argument is based on the assumption there is a better replacement, i.e RTS. If there is not then maybe the best option would be for him to stay put. I am sure the coaching staff will make the change if there is, but I am also concerned that it may not be their call for a number of reasons & in that scenario it would be injustice.
