I think that's our best 17 taking into consideration that Moga will miss most of the season.

I really like Guerra and he rarely puts in a bad performance but I can't see how he is going to force his way into the current side. I would say it is between him and Maubs for the last bench spot and Maubs has started the season well.

It is a nice position to be in though and he will play plenty of first grade this year through suspensions and injuries

Guerra was arguably one of our top 3 forwards last year. I would be surprised if he is playing for Newtown this year.

If anyone should be dropped based on form, consistency and commitment it should be FPN.

FPN is and has been offering very little last year and the 2 games this year. It's time he shook hands with the jets coach IMO

FPN and Guerra play different positions though.

It's a long season with injury and rep games, Guerra will play a lot of games.

Frank Paul Nuuasala does not pop and get us a try or make a break because he primarily plays his football tighter in the middle of the field. I have not see Hargreaves make many breaks or score many tries.

Mitchell Aubusson is the man most likely to lose his spot however there are injury concerns to both Boyd Cordner and Aiden Guerra so that decision may be made for us. If Aiden Guerra can not find a spot in our team what hope did Tom Symonds or Brad Taka have of doing the same?

This is most likely imo. While there is value in having a mortimer style utility on the bench, it is not a necessity and the other guys are arguably better players as well. Will be most interesting when Tasi comes back and Evans builds to full tilt and starts knocking on the door
