Sure RTS has obvious potential however i question whether he is ready for first grade on a regular basis.

He was the worst on the field against souffs, 4 of the 5 Souths tries were on his wing where he was stuck in no mans land plus his attempt to score that try (from the in goal grubber) was embarrassing, a very Perrett like game.

Is one good game in eight good enough? He needs to lift his game otherwise Oldfield should take his spot.

The change needs to be made when Mini has a shit shit game at fullback akin to the RTS performance on the wing last night Not because RTS embarrassed himself on the wing last night

So far all I have heard from the majority on here is wanting to drop others to accomodate RTS somewhere else in the side for the embarrssing defensive efforts of RTS last night

I looked at the tries last night and one was SKD running in and another was RTS not pushing out and another try was good skills, too many numbers in attack and luck.. There were also some tries saved from clever shut downs from SKD. SKD actually tackled better last night - no evidence of arm tackling.
What is true is they targetted our RHS and it was fragile as a result of many factors. Also SKD is Diamonds-mode next week and likely to win us a match.
Mini to wing. RTS to FB. Place in oven and allow suffiicent time to cook

Anyways, our great trial form counted for naught last night. Maybe we should have kept Cherro because he had a great trial once. I don't take trial form seriously. Oldfield has way more experience than RTS, that must count for something.

Easily fixed. Drop SKD and move SBW to the centres. RTS would grow another leg playing outside him. Imagine the chaos SBW would create out wide.

These 2 guys need to trust each other and/or get to know each other better so they are looking out for each other more. if you are good mates, ala Roosters 2002 - 2004, you end up playing more for each other and even enjoy playing with each other.
Same goes for Jennings and Toupou. A bit of wing/centre bonding is in order.

As for my comments re Oldfield, I watched the Tigers game and he was woeful and other comments on here suggested he was crap in the other trial too. I know I shouldnt believe everything you read on here but from what I saw, he wasn't up to it.

RTS was shown to have absolutely no idea how to defend out wide last night. Why on earth would we want to move him to an even more important defensive position?
