When will people realise that in the modern game that unless you are a out and out superstar (Smith, Farrah, Thurston, Inglis, Slater) your 7 and 9 are pointless if your forwards don't do there job and you don't have near to 50% possession during the game.
Lets give them a chance to get the new combinations and structures going before we right our chances off for the year

All of the players you have mentioned have had the luxury of very good forwards to give their team the required territory to do their job as playmakers effectively and all but Robbie Farah currently play in a team with a strong forward pack.

Canterbury are the perfect example as their halves and hooker are decidedly average but the advantage of having a dominating forward pack makes their job easier.

Read my post again Melon. I said he needs to lift. We lack go forward big time, I just wondered how he may go. I have said that for the past 2 yrs mate.
