Why chase wingers that are asking overs anyway.
But regardless, the NRL will not sign off on a contract for Lote until he comes clean with what he did, and if he ever does no one will sign himThe Internet is a place for posting silly things
Try and be serious and you will look stupid

You can't just buy big name players, give them okay coaching, then expect them to just do their magic as individuals. They need to fit in with the culture and develop as integral parts of the team.
I think what the Roosters have said is hey... Lote's pretty good... if he comes in as a cheap steal then we'll take him. If he wants big money then he can go to France...

On his Twitter today Lote said he's still very uncertain about his future and is still having a bit of a rest... will think about the deals that are on the table after his rest.
I'd be reckoning that he's gonna sign with somebody in France though... a LOT more money for him there. Also a change to say goodbye to the guys who he doesn't like in Australia.

Tweeting Tuqiri denies French deal
Phil Lutton - Brisbane Times | September 3, 2009 - 2:45PM
Lote Tuqiri has denied he is on the verge of signing a deal with a French rugby club, writing on Twitter that he is "not even close" to finalising his future after being sacked by the Australian Rugby Union (ARU).
The former Wallaby and Waratah used his Twitter account to refute suggestions he is about to sign with Bayonne, the same club as former Penrith and NSW halfback Craig Gower, on a deal rumoured to be worth $800,000.
The 30-year-old has just returned from Europe but said he had not spoken to any clubs and his future was yet to be finalised.
"Have heard of the press re myself and apparent signing in France. I'm not even close! As i'm on a break & haven't spoken to anyone..", Tuqiri wrote on Twitter earlier today.
Tuqiri has been the object of interest from the NRL's Wests Tigers and Sydney Roosters, who remain hopeful of enticing the former Brisbane Bronco and Maroons Origin star back to the 13-man code.
The ARU terminated Tuqiri's contract in July over an unspecified incident and the two parties have since reached a confidential financial settlement.

It was a group of feeble minded idiot supporters who thought it was great idea to attack a player who always gave 100% for this club whilst other players obviously don't.
