Agree kegs...training in that weather is just risky and achieves nothing.

                I disagree.

Training in that heat would harden a few of them up.

They should have had a simulated game or something, if you can get through that then there should be no excuses for dropping off late in games during the season.

If they felt sick they could take a break. It's football not war!
And there are medical people and specialist trainers about.
The tough ones would have kept going.

On the hot Tuesday we trained 2-4pm which was the hottest part of the day.

I agree with greedy. They need to focus on playing under fatigue because that was their achilles heel last year.

                      Greedy is onto it.
Might be dangerous in the extreme but as Farian has pointed out we faded at the back end of just about every game last year.
It was frustrating to watch it.We were waaaay behind other teams stamina.

and it shows I have never seen them play spent in the second half....

IMO fitness is everything it is the foundation.... poor fitness leads to fatigue leads to poor discipline leads to poor balls skills leads to errors which leads to penalties....it all goes hand in hand.
If we dont run out fit rnd1 we are gone regardless of the line up

I agree ...but with one proviso...not if its a history breaking 45 degrees...all bets are off then...does more harm than good to the body.
