On the sharks toupo is up end of next yr, he went from SOO + Aus jersey to nothing but he still eats a massive chunk of thier cap lol, they tried to off load him last year but the last yr option was in his favour and he took it up. ESL is the next place for him what a waste of a player.

I reckon he was at his most impressive in 2004 for exactly that reason. Freddy made great use of the Toups offload.

If truth be known, they "poached" 10 players for season 2012 & have poached a further 6 for season 2013.

Why isn't there the slightest insinuation that they're trying to buy a premiership? Yes..........because they're sentimental favourites for most. A bare trophy cabinet since 1967. Fhark Cronulla and fhark you too Rothwit !

I really don't want this to become too drawn out. For one I don't think a centre is a priority right at this point in time. As I said in another thread we still have a lot of unresolved issues from last year. Secondly the season is really not that far away. We need to know who are our first choice centres are pretty damn soon. Finally I don't want us to get into a bidding war for him. He is a top-tier centre no doubt but 600k for a centre is pretty steep.
