Yes cheer him while he loses us games. I'm afraid as fans our expectations have been diminished in a big way since Freddy retired. As far as I'm concerned he should piss off and let someone with talent take the no1 spot, if he loves the club then that's what he should do.

i agree with most of the posts on mini thus far i also expect him to lift noticeably for his final hurrah, how good would it be to send him out a grand final winner? a good plan i think?
mini has taken a lot of bad options on the field and although the mond is willing the body is not able to keep up with teenagers thats as it should be! WITH A REVITALISED TEAM , SOME GUN KEP POLAYERS AROUND HIM WE MAT SEE OCCASIONAL GLIMPSES OF MR GOLDEN BOOT ON OCCAsion, not often but occaqsionally and thats fine by me!

Spot on Fitzy. It's laughable. They constantly question the support of fans who year after year are handing there cash to the club, even in the years we believe we are no hope of being challenging for the premiership. If you voice that opinion they again question your support and when the club duly delivers by running in the bottom third they scratch their heads and wonder why, often again blaming some of the fans for the teams poor performances.

I don't think easts fans could ever knock or not support Mini...he is the last bastion of our club greats still playing...got to make the most of it while it lasts. He's not what he was...but can still do some great stuff

Only a small minority of our supporters go on this site so yes the views on here DO represent only a small minority of our supporters. Mini is still very popular amongst the majority of our supporters, but the're probably all idiots as well.
