Firstly happy and safe holidays to you and your family. Hope all goes well.

Secondly, if you info is right, then I will go and buy a lottery ticket today, because this must be the luckiest day for our club. Not only have we signed a genuine superstar in RTS but also a great prospect in Kane Evans. Hopefully we lock up Cordner and Napa, and we're all set.

Just FYI, Horrie hastings was my favourite player as a kid, probably equivalent to Brad Fittler to the younger generation of chook supporters. I will never forget the day that I first met him when I was a kid with my old man, at a game against the bulldogs if memory serves me correctly.

Cheers mate..To you & your family too..

I think Horrie & Beetso (& Freddy of course) are the faves for Chooks our age (you seem like you are in that 35-45 year age range..apologies if if wrong)..

3 All Time greats..I reckon i'm safe in saying you'd agree that Horrie was the best player never to represent Australia..

Muppet Murray..Ruined Horrie's dream as a player..Then ruined the club as a coach..

Evans is already contracted until the end of 2014 so it would surprise if the club saw it as a priority signing at this stage. Also according to my records Dylan Napa is already signed until the end of 2015 so you can be happy about that too.

That's not in question, even by non Rooster supporters.

I actually saw Kane Evans today just before lunch...King St in the City....with another Rooster that I only saw from behind so I couldn't place him.

Kane is an enormous unit....just massive when you see him in the flesh.

too true. i can imagine evans and napa being our feared bookends by 2020.
they play with us by weekend, and when state of origin comes around, theyre playing their hearts out for their respectives states, and then after they lead the chooks to numerous grand finals, they both start for aus in end of year tri-series, quad-series, world cups etc.
                      am i the only one?

Lots of things happen in 3's. Deaths for one. On the positive side; RTS, Evans and possibly a (brilliant) centre?
