  • Ah hated again.

Well, well, well (three holes in the ground) here we go again, we have SBW sign sealed and delivered under uncle Nick’s Christmas tree and can you fell the love from the rest of the NRL community (not), so get ready once again for all the backlash to us Rooster supporters (boxing not included in salary cap, Ian Schubert set to sign off on SBW’s contract, bla, bla, bla). Ah it’s great to be a Rooster, so bring it on.

Together united we can not fail nor be influenced by negativity directed at our Mighty Club.

BRING ON 2013, GO YOU MIGHTY ROOSTERS.

P.S. I thought the new Legends Bar is a nice touch for the fans to go back to Easts Leagues after our glorious victories next year, instead of the Bowling Club (see yaz there).

I've always enjoyed being hated. Must be why I became an Easts supporter.

hate sure is better than the pity we got last year.
There's a reason why the young and idealistic become the old and cynical.
              It's called experience.

I dont see why it should be counted it has nothing to do with the club or the league. If a player is generating revenue off his on accord totally its his buisness.

You got to be successful to be hated and we have not had much of that lately. Engendering hate based on nothing is farcical.

I've never understood the hate tbh.

What I really hate, is the love shown for Souffs with that BS saying "when souffs are doing well, then the league is doing well". I'm not sure whether it's love or pity from rival fans towards the souffs.

Spot on. Ballin has a personal training business on the side. Surely the NRL would not consider his earnings to be included or any other player for that matter. Many players have other business dealings and through their football connections and identities make the most of it.

The problem the NRL have now opened is that many other players will also take the SBW approach of NRL contract, a few boxing bouts or whatever to cash in on their popularity. Why not?

Got to make it while the sun shines.

The only way to create genuine hate is to win!

had the pleasure of sending a return email to dogs marketing abusing them for wishing me happy holidays, also asking to be taken off the data base, no human will read it but i reminded them who sbw now plays for!

To tell you the truth I dont think the Roosters are hated.

Any work place I am at & footy comes up in conversation I never hear anyone say they hate the Roosters. Not that many people I know go for the Roosters but they dont hate them.

Brisbane Dogs Storm & Manly are hated not the Mighty Roosters. And anyone who does hate the Roosters it is because they believe everything the media say.

The Roosters are Cool. They are the Coolest team to follow. They are the BEST club by far.

Merry Christmas to you my beloved Roosters.
