The foot of the mountains would be more accurate.

There's nothing abstract about Hitchhikers, nothing at all...and yes it is.

[The Guide] says that the best drink in existence is the Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster. It says that the effect of a Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster is like having your brains smashed out by a slice of lemon wrapped round a large gold brick..

lol a fellow traveller, you can drink one of those while cruising the galaxy in your Infinite Impossibility Drive.

Were you unlucky enough to expose your eyes to the 2005 movie?

The TV series was good, but nothing will ever beat the briliance of the novels..

"People of Earth, your attention, please. This is Prostetnic Vogon Jeltz of the Galactic Hyperspace Planning Council. As you will no doubt be aware, the plans for development of the outlying regions of the Galaxy require the building of a hyperspatial express route through your star system. And regrettably, your planet is one of those scheduled for demolition. The process will take slightly less than two of your Earth minutes. Thank you.."

Chook get yourself a copy of Slaughterhouse-Five by Vonnegut if you haven't read it already..

"If you're ever in Cody, Wyoming, ask for Wild Bob,"..

I'm very partial to the Radio broadcast actually. I had the 8 cassette (anyone born after 1985 won't know I'm talking about) set and stupidly loaned it to someone...can't even remember who! My fav character was Marvin the Manically Depressed Robot with a brain the size of a planet. "The first 10 million years was boring but the second 10 became really dull..."

                                I'll check it out.
