FPN re-signed with the Roosters for 3 years earlier this year. So if the Dogs are in talks with frank, they will be waiting a VERY long while to add him to their line up

There was an article regarding the post-Fittler cleanout, that mentioned that FPN has signed a long-term contract - it didn't specify the amount, but usually these contracts are until either 2011 or 2012. I think the only way the dogs would be allowed to talk to FPN is he was given persmission otherwise don't they have to wait until November 1st of the year before the contract is up? eg. Nobody can talk to Hayne until then.Comment
