Agreed... there's lots of opinions flying around about how we could improve our current squad, but end of the day... who cares?

The last thing we need is conflict (e.g. some guy coming in NOW... with only a few more games to go and saying "Freddie you're doing a bad job! You should do this, this, this, this and this!!!")

End of the day it's a very MINOR change if you're to say "okay... Mini at fullback and... some other guy as 5/8..." we wouldn't magically turn around our season by doing so, and could risk even more devastating losses if we put a dodgy player in at 5/8 (you need experience and talent there! Right now that's Mini or Fitzgibbon... and putting Fitzgibbon there would be somewhat of a sick joke!)

Freddie's the captain, just let him go down with his bloody ship! Mini's not complaining about being 5/8, and he's doing a pretty good job of it too. I have no faith that anybody else in our current lineup would do a better job.
