I was surprised with the way Fairfax went about his work the other day as well. Robbo nailed it all though.

One word comes to mind ATM. UNITED! Everyone seems to be reading from the same sheet. Especially with how the SBW thing has played out, they seem to be all reading from the same sheet. I think you will find he did in his first season and it fell apart after that. Even he said he was surprised that it came together so quickly.

Yeh Smith did a lot to clean up the culture of this place, people quickly forget the easy target we were in 2009 & and early 2010. It seemed as though we couldn't even go a week without ending up in the newspapers. As shit as this season was it was great not having to read about the latest Roosters player on drugs, facing assault charges, DUI, etc. etc.

Too hard to tell if there's been a big shift in the culture at the club, I think marketing has been great with their represent campaign & a new coach always brings a sense of optimism but as others have already said only time will tell.
