  • sprint training

one hopes that trent has a few players undergoing sprint training,
for one skd needs plenty of fine tuning in regards to sideway ,lateral turn around in regards to speed ??

A group of the boys were doing some training with Roger Fabri off their own bat, which would involve mainly sprint work.

JWH was quoted in the story I heard, but there were other Roosters too...just not sure who.

Has fabri started his own facility or does he still work with us from time to time.

BTW, I forgot to mention this but a friend of mine whom spends a lot of time at Bondi said that she bumped into Jake friend the other day (About a week ago, I can't remember exactly When or Where), and that he looks super slim. I'm not sure if he has lost a few kgs or the tv makes him look fat but I hope it is the first one possibility.

Does anyone know how it works with Roger?

Is it all up to the individual player to train with him or do they get sent there by their club?
Does the individual player pay him & how much or would some players get it payed for by their club?

If he is so good why hasn't any other NRL team picked him up?

With Noyce now gone Roger is a very, very good chance of returning to the Roosters really soon.
He's well liked & respected by our players and a Roosters boy at heart.

It'll be a brave CEO who re-hires him, the media just love his association with us too much. They'll write all kinds of crap.

Well put it this way, it'll be our loss because another club definitely wants him full-time.

It makes practical sense for our club to re-engage Roger because at least half a dozen Roosters players are paying their own way to train under him at Centennial Park.

Fat load of good he's done over the last couple of years. Our backline is/has been slower than a wet weekend.

Fabri had them in good shape in 2010. Noyce punted him mid 2011. Yes, from then onwards our teams pace & fitness levels have been sub-standard.

Youngsters Moga, Tupou, BJ & Oldfield will benefit immensely under Roger's management.

Fabri has been training the Lingerie Football League girls with SKD as his assistant.
