part of that has to be off the field as well and I'm hoping to see that in Mitchell.
It's not something that is expected of most 23 year olds hence why I hope that I see this in Mitch in the coming months.
I think with a bit of support around him and also with the way that we want to train I'm hoping that he will become maybe a potential captain.
That wasn't so hard...

As for Cordner you're just being rediculous now - isn't he still a teenager or just 20? talk about loading responsibilities on someone unnecessarily.
However, glad to see Robinson is not going the token-gesture by gift wrapping the captaincy and giving it to Mini. Pearce is probably the obvious choice.

What about SKD could he be given the captaincy?
Could be what he needs to get him involved a bit more. If he remains fit he needs a big year next year, he has been playing FG for a while now & is 1 of the senior players so he is at that stage where it is time for him to really stand up.
