I think it is a well known fact where the money is coming from and it certainly is not Politis... As Mickey says, rich people don't get rich by spending their own money.. They don't need to as they know most people aren't smart enough to work that out anyway.

It is the football club,along with 13 other financially red football clubs.

Thanks spanner, so that would lead me to believe that the Football club is propped up by the other businesses in the Easts Group, not by Nick's own money. To be honest I'd be disappointed in Nick as a businessman if he was such an inept operator that he had to fork out from his own pocket to keep the Footy Club afloat (like that idiot Verminous club owner). He looks to have set the Easts Group up in a way that will enable the Roosters to survive financially for many more years to come & as an Easts man, I would really like to thank Mr Nick Politis for all he has done for our great club!

He has set us up very well,with nearly $100 mil in assets.He has poured a lot of his cash into the club over his reign to get us out of a deep hole and into this position.
I personally hold great admiration and gratitude for this man for doing all he has for our great club.Without his input I doubt we would be around today standing alone...
