On the ABC's the Ice Bath, Peter Mulholland who is regarded as one of the best scouts in the game, had massive wraps for Cherro. When people do their possible Roosters 17 man squads for next year, Cherro hardly ever gets a mention. Imo he will have the best season that he has ever had in his career, and at his best he is certainly in our best 17! Also I believe many are writing big Mose Masoe off too early. He was bloody good for the Jets last weekend, he won them the game. I really want to see what Trent can do with Mose next year before he is written off, as I think he can be a real weapon for us!
The year 2013 marks the beginning of the Roosters next 'decade of excellence', and it will prove to be more successful than the last!

    Here's looking at you, kid.

Cherrington's best side is left. SBW's is right.

Surely that is a more fearsome prospect than Guerra and Aubusson?

Of course he did, just testing! So how many minutes did he play against the Bears?

I know what you are getting at Big Arty, yes his fitness is an issue. Smiffy did not seem really big on fitness, however Trent is and he can get Mose the fittest that he ever has been. Mose will most likely never be an 80 minute player, but while ever we have 10 interchanges we just need about 40 minutes of big impact from him. He can really hurt people with his size and strike some fear into the opposition. He has the ability to turn the momentum of a game, just like he did on the weekend.

Your right Mack, I know that I would much prefer to tackle Guerra than big Cherro! Guerra was good for us this year, but Cherro can be better! I can see Maubs getting back to the form of 2010 next year.

It doesn't matter how many minutes he plays.. Every side needs game breakers. Sam Kasiano will be lucky to do 40 minutes in a match but he can have a big impact on the result.. Hasler being a fitness freak has the team perfectly prepared to fulfil their role. Smith did not place a high priority on fitness training in the off season. The off season is what would make or break a season for a big guy like Mose. Remember we gave up on George Rose for the same reason and he has a premiership ring.. If Robinson can get him fit then it would make the world of difference for him.

I can't recall how many minutes Mose played and I was there live and watched it again last night. he seemed to be on more than he was off.
if he can work on his consistency he'll be awesome. He needs to have another big game this week against the two bullcheat front rowers. they are massive and playing well.

Lol...I don't think you are going to get an answer Arty...people are thinking you are trying to make a point rather than a genuine question!

OK...cant find exact game stats but I was at the game and estimate he played at least 40 mins total. Im pretty sure Matto took him and Josh Ailaomai off and on at the same time. They both provided great go-forward and we looked more composed when they were out there.

Strong Squad. Cherrington is inproving each week. Did some great things last week. Can make an impact when fit.

Thanks Jack, finally an answer! Guys I really just wanted to know roughly how long he was on the field, I realise he's an impact player, I love the big smiling assassin! Hope he has a great pre-season & is a regular FGer in 2013, if we get 40mins out of him each week I'll be very happy.

Agree - all Mose needs is to get superfit and I reckon everything else will fall into place for him

I'll never forget that Anzac day game against Saints a few years back. Turned a few of those Dragons forwards into crash-test dummies. He must have caught his girlfriend cheating the night before.
